Who We Are
State Investment House Inc (SIHI) is a multi-function financial institution established in 1964 providing an array of financial products and services through its different licenses and special authorities granted by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas formerly Central Bank of the Philippines and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

What We Do
Being one of the few non-bank financial intermediaries authorized by the Bangko Sentral to perform quasi-banking and trust functions, State operates both as an
investment house and trust institution. It maintains continuing business and professional relationships with the major banking institutions locally as well as internationally.
From its inception, State has been involved in land banking activities and real
estate development. It embarked on the construction and sale of office condominiums in several parts of Manila, Makati and Greenhills, San Juan. Not long after, SIHI expanded its projects in the Visayan Region particularly in Bacolod and Iloilo and in the Mindanao Region namely in Cagayan de Oro City and Davao City.
In 1976, SIHI through its subsidiary Peltan Development, Inc. acquired a 75-hectare prime land located in Las Piñas across Ayala Alabang Village. Peltan Development, Inc. was renamed “State Properties Corporation” on July 12, 1995 in preparation to develop such raw land into a high-end residential/commercial subdivision.
In 2001, SITI diversified and undertook the construction and operation of a PHP 13.5 Billion 210-MW Power Plant Project in a joint venture with STEAG AG, a leading independent power producer in Germany. The Engineering Procurement Construction was awarded to Kawasaki-Nissho Iwai.
A wharf in Zambales owned by SIHI is being considered to be developed into an industrial park. In 2017, SIHI started the rehabilitation of Port Baloganon in Masinloc, Zambales and works are still in progress.
In 2019 SITI surrendered its trust license to focus on real estate development through its subsidiaries NELDI and SPC.
SPC mainly focuses on the development of high-end projects; having completed its 30-hectare residential subdivision Versailles Alabang with Versailles Town Plaza that expected to be completed 4th quarter of 2024, its next project is a 45-hectare mixed used development called Alabang Global City.
NELDI is focused on affordable homes and has just completed is project Vida Garden Ville in Valenzuela City.
Aside from properties, SPC is also into mining business through its subsidiary, First State Mining Resources Corporation (FSMRC). FSMRC is a major stockholder of Consolidated Mines Inc. which owns the largest chromite mining site in Masinloc, Zambales which is about 250 kilometers northwest of Manila and a large copper mining site in Marinduque in the south.
